I'd had a relatively free evening last Thursday, and noticed Mookie's request for filler art while he was at Oni-con for the weekend. So here is Bumper having one of his moments... it was fairly rushed, especially the background, but at least Mookie seemed to like it... and people keep asking me to put it up, so here it is.
